Beaver County Highpoint Trip Report

Point on Stewart Hill - The pullout mentioned by Mike Schwartz is pretty well overgrown so we parked closer to the state line and walked back along the road. Very little shoulder, so watch the traffic. Found where the pullout would have been and went up the hill from there. Otherwise uneventful.

Big Knob - Route 68 and Big Knob Road is a good sized intersection. This area has been developed so access is a major issue. There is a new road to the west of this hill with large houses and unfriendly signs. I eventually went via Mike's route which is now essentially in someone's back yard using an "Early Sunday Morning" approach. At the road curve to the northeast of the hill is some sort of religious enterprise which may be a viable route during the week.
