Bucks County Highpoint Trip Report

Some additional info on Haycock Mountain: At the parking lot in Mike Schwartz's report,
there is a gated gravel road to the right and a major trail to the left.
We took the trail. After about 0.4 mile, the trail enters a rock/boulder field and
gets faint. We followed erratic white paint, red paint, and new orange flagging tape.
A nice little scramble leads up to the summit area.
We took the blue paint down -- it was similarly thin, though with less
scrambling. It ended up merging into the same route we took up. The upper
portion of this mountain is really fun -- lots of big boulders everywhere!
Round-trip statistics: 1.5 miles, about 480 feet of elevation gain.
