A couple of comments on this COHP. When coming off of I-80, then going south on 153 turn RIGHT on to US 322 west NOT LEFT. Also, the area is now enclosed with an 8 foot high fence to keep out the Deer from newly planted trees. So when you get to the drive-through gate, park there on the right without blocking the gate. Walk about 50-75 yards east from the gate and you will find a walk-through gate to pass through, then hike towards the tower.
