Cumberland County High Point Trip Report

Mike Schwartz's trip report for this two-fer is accurate. We found a small cairn against a tree 5 ft off the right (N) side of the dirt road in the area of 2270 ft. Toward the SW end of the broad HP area, we found a faint path heading N from the road. We followed it for about 100 yards. About 30-40 yards from the road on this path, we found 2 trees (4 ft apart from each other) with big very old faded white paint blazes. We suspect this to be the county line. We traversed the region to cover likely candidates.
