Pike County High Point Trip Report

1/2 mile ENE of Lake Russell (2,115 ft)

Off PA 447, 1.4 miles north of the Pike/Monroe County line, go southwest on Lake Russell Road (TR 343), to a slight crest at 1.6 miles. Bushwhack to broad summit.

1 point 1/2 mile northwest of Lake Jamie (2,100+ ft)

From the parking spot above, continue west on Lake Russell Road to a left turn onto Misery Road (TR 368) at 2.2 miles. Misery Road crests at 2.7 miles. From here, bushwhack steeply up the ridge line, which soon levels off, then ascends gradually over several intermediate knobs, before reaching the highest ground on a grassy knob.
