From Greenwood, follow US 178/25 north seven miles to where these highways split.
Fork left onto US 178 to Hodges and then six miles more to highway 420 at Shoals Jct.
Turn right and follow the road uphill. Watch for a lumber yard entrance.
The two NE contours are either in the lumber yard and now leveled or just beyond.
Turn around here and head back the way you came. You will descend into a dip (on the topo)
where an old road is shown. You can see the former road on your left as you travel this
direction clearly, but because of its severe incoming angle you probably did not see it before.
Beyond this dip, we entered the drive at the top of the hill and obtained permission to
poke around. The property line extends into the trees behind the house, but we had to
cross the barbed wire fence to reach the two SE contours.
The larger of these two bumps seems to be the HP.
We did drive back to the lumber yard area and used a clinometer to measure the angle to the base
of the trees (one degree inclination) that block the view of the very slightly higher
SE bumps beyond. This tended to confirm that the large bump is the highest.
