Comment on Williamsburg County Area 4

The Williamsburg-Florence County boundary is marked incorrectly on the USGS Mill Bay quad. Instead of following US-378, it also includes about 170 acres north of US-378 bounded by Osbourne and Green Roads. Most of this additional area is in the 95-foot contour marked as "Area 4", so it also needs to be explored by anyone seeking to claim the Williamsburg County highpoint.
