We stopped at the Fall River SD cohp, talked to the lady who Mike Schwartz had talked to, then talked to the ranchers south of her, who owned the access. We are working with them to find a date they will let us up there. Looks promising. More to follow on that issue. The entire area had suffered a forest fire last fall, and it had burned down to the edges of the ranch houses. Parker Peak is a mere stand of burnt trunks. It would be about a 45 min walk on the road from the ranch house, I think. The ranchers are skittish about hikers due to fire concerns, and there is a Rails-to-Trails bike path across the properties, which they aren't particularly fond of either.
