From the Irene/Beresford exit of I-29 go east 1.5 miles through Beresford, then 1.5 miles south.
Park along the road, midway between the section roads.
Hike 1/4 mile west, then 1/8 mile north along the fences.
Then start gridding eastward.
When I did it the corn was "as high as an elephant's eye"
and I went straight west from the 3/8th-south-of-the-section-road, across the grain of the corn planting.
The revised 1/2 south, 1/4 west, 1/8 north directions should be easier than what I did.
