Davidson County High Point Trip Report
spot elevation 1 mile ENE of Radnor Lake (1,160 ft)
Date: June 2000
Author: Mike Beavers
The easiest way to access this High Point is to park in the East Parking Lot of Radnor Lake State Natural
Area then walk East on Otter Creek Road to the boundary of the Natural Area. After you reach the
boundary head up the hill following the property line to the high point. Shortly before you reach the high
point if you are not careful you will end up in someone's backyard. Skirt the backyard staying on state
property and continue on to the high point. It appears that the high point is just outside the Natural Area
Boundary in open woods about 100 yards away from a very nice house. The total hike is about 1 mile.
