Here's an alternative route that avoids all residences. Travel down Ott Road for 2.0 miles until passing under some utility lines. Park here and follow the wide path under the lines to a fence bordering on a wide open pasture. Follow the ridge lines, passing by a derelict car, to a tree-covered hilltop. The highpoint GPS reading was (29° 53' 2.0" N, 97° 25' 23.8" W).
