Dallam County High Point Trip Report
Date: April 6, 1997
Author: David Olson
We drove 4 miles north of the town of Texline, then one mile west along the
south side of a fence line, and adjusted because north a short distance looked higher.
We verified that on a map later.
This is close to the NM/OK/TX tri-corner point.
You should travel the short distance north and east to visit it.
The tri-corner point is a metal post on the south side of the road at the corner.
One-tenth mile north on the west side of the road is the Survey-Origin marker for
the Public-Land-Survey of the Oklahoma Panhandle.
