DeWitt County High Point Trip Report

On TX119 between Yorktown and Gillette, 8.8 miles east of Gillette and just east of the Karnes-DeWitt county line, find a road leading south from elevation point 537 on the topo. Drive SW, W, and SW about a half mile to where a fence line leads ESE. This fence line can be followed to one high area. The other area is just east of the 537 point and is crossed by the highway. It is north of a radio tower. The southern area may be the higher.
