Ellis County Highpoint Trip Report

I followed the previous reports and found the BM with no problem. The second HP might not be long for this world as TXI has "Future Quarry Site" signs up in the vicinity. There was a large herd of cows in the HP field, so I made a quick dash for what I took to be the HP. There were several bulls in the area, so I was not able to take a GPS reading to confirm my visit. I'll probably revisit this one just in case. From my vantage, but without the benefit of my hand level, the BM looked to be the highest.
