The property has changed hands. Bob Packard got FAA permission, provided that he get landowner permission. Bob talked with a Mr. Davis, owns access, a nice guy, who granted permission provided that he get Mr. Ritchie's (spelling?) permission. Mr. Ritchie owns the summit and would not grant permission.
