This property had one of the usual hunting club "Posted" signs, but also a "For Sale" sign. I thought it would be neat to own a county HP as it would mean I could control who would be first to finish TX. Unfortunately the boundary pin is in the middle of the highest area so it is not clear whose property the HP is on.
