Potter County High Point Trip Report

Foiled me in 2000 due to a muddy road, but this time in drier conditions and with my truck, had no problem reaching locked gate east of Wildorado. Walked half-mile north along fence line to 1st HP area, about 3/4 mile east-southeast to a windmill and the 2nd HP area, and another 1/2 mile east-northeast to the largest and 3rd HP area, then bee-lined back to my truck. A monster thunderstorm was well to my south but coming my way!
