Robertson County High Point Trip Report

From Franklin, Texas, at the intersection of H79 and H46, travel northeast on H46. At 1.5 miles continue
straight ahead onto Robertson CR387, a dirt road. Without resetting your odometer, proceed to exactly 4.0
miles where you can see a metal gate and hayfield off to the right. The highpoint is the hill above the field.
Cross the gate and continue along the perimeter of the field and at the end turn left (north) and follow the
edge of the field for about 100 yards. Off to the right will be a dual rutted road leading up the hill.
Just short of the crest head, right and work your way through considerable undergrowth to reach the hilltop.
I spoke with the neighbors across the road (CR387) and they indicated someone residing in Franklin owned
the highpoint land and hay field.
