Kane County High Point Trip Report

Drove on a very unimproved FS road to within 0.1 miles on the GPS, left wife and kids in the van, and whacked through brush and aggressive deer flies to HP. From there, I walked increasingly larger squares to feel even more confident of having been there. The first person to actually have survey equipment there needs to place a marker. The highpoint fever hasn't got me enough to feel much satisfaction in this particular achievement. But a short walk over to the edge gives a great view of Navajo Lake.
