The route is the same as King's Peak for the first day. We camped at Dollar Lake. We woke up early the next morning and went up a steep ridge to the east of the lake. The summit is not visible until you reach the top of the ridge. The summit is marked by 2 survey markers, a mailbox jar, a tall stick, and a rock wind shelter not far from those.
