one area 800 feet east of Mt Jefferson summit (760+ ft)

From the north side of town, take Emmet Street south until it curves around, becoming Jefferson Park
Avenue and then Fontaine Avenue. Turn right on Maury Avenue, then right again on Alderman Road.
Turn left on McCormick. Just as Mike Schwartz says, bear right at the sign for Hereford College
(you will still be on McCormick).
There is no posted sign of when you actually cross the city/county line, so cover a lot of ground just to make sure.
I felt that the ground on the southwest side of the road was a hair higher than the road itself.
