Franklin City Highpoint Trip Report

I found Franklin to be a depressing place. Perhaps it was because I came in from the north by the paper mill. And the signs in town are confusing. Follow Mike Schwartz's directions. The southwest point is obvious and under the large pine trees. The northwest area is at #412 Crescent Drive and is owned by the Vinsons. I thought the highest ground was close to the property line to the left.
