We used "Papa bear's" routes as posted to the group on June 13 and both felt they were the best way to go. Only problem we had was starting off due south from the summit of Signal, instead of heading a little southwest for a while. That put us on a much steeper and cliffy route most of the way down. I should add that our times were much slower than those recorded by Papabear -- either we were slow, or the other group was very fit. These peaks would surely be much more enjoyable after the vegetation dies off.

For extra credit, look for the benchmark on Signal, about 100 yards west of the summit.
