Mike Schwartz's directions are correct but the distances were different when we drove it. From WI 102 in Rib Lake go north 3.4 miles on County Road D. Turn right onto WI Rustic Road (RR) #1 and travel on this road for 0.7 mile to a crest. Turn right here on a road that is signed for "Little House in the Woods". It is a hard right turn and you only need to follow the road for 100 yards or so until you see the old ski lift (operable in the winter) and have good views down to the lake and the camp on the far shore.
