Alaska is in a class by itself, and, since the collective personal experiences of the
County Highpointers is insufficient to make subjective comparisons based upon
climbing there as opposed to climbing in the lower 48 states, an Apex list that
includes Alaska would be meaningless at best and downright misleading at worst.
